The shot vase returns to the market after 20 years in several pieces. This vase is a manifesto and a contribution to the discussion on the theme of rejects and superquality, which can be transferred to any area of everyday life. In protest, Maxim Velchevsky decided to take the path of sabotage of perfection and natural beauty, the path of liberation from the dictates of perfection and the aesthetic appreciation of defect. The ambivalent perception of apparent imperfection is supported by decorative elements. The brutal-looking decorative hole for a single flower, punctured by the neck of the vase, is both a decorative and an engineer's precisely defined technical marker for the maximum volume of water. This product was part of Maxim Velčovský's thesis and can already be considered a collector's piece.
