The Snowdrop floor lamp is part of the elegant Snowdrop series, designed in 2009 by the renowned design trio Harrit-Sørensen+Samson. Inspired by the delicate snowdrop flower, the series beautifully balances timeless craftsmanship with a modern aesthetic.

The Snowdrop series highlights our proud tradition of hand-folded lampshades combined with a minimalist design language. Its iconic shade emits a soft and ambient light, making the floor lamp perfect for a reading corner, living room, or office.

Designed for flexibility, the lamp features a tilt function in the stand, allowing you to direct the light exactly where you need it. The intuitive adjustment mechanism is elegantly placed in the base, ensuring both ease of use and a clean design.

The SNOWDROP series includes 4 sizes a table, a wall and a floor lamp.

Paper: The paper provides a warmer light and can gently be cleaned using a soft brush. The lampshade has a long lifetime and will develop a beautiful golden patina over the years.

Plastic Foil: Our foil has a long durability, provides a more even light transmission, and is easy to clean. The film is UV-resistant and antistatic, and it maintains its white color for many years.

The Harrit-Sørensen + Samson design team comprises of Thomas Harrit, Nicolai Sørensen and Kim Samson. All three graduated from the Danish Design School in 1991. They have worked together since their first year. Thomas and Nicolai run the Harrit-Sørensen design studio. They are best-known for their KNAX coat and hat rack, and the Green Light traffic signal, for which they were awarded the Danish Design Prize in 2000. Kim Samson has worked for IKEA, where she designed the REDD shoe rack. she now works freelance.
