This timeless oval-shaped serving dish is crafted from white porcelain and was first designed in the 1960s by Henning Koppel, a close Georg Jensen collaborator. Defined by functional and elegant features, the dish is ideal for serving any kind of food and will elevate any setting and ambience.
Part of a wider set of handsome dinnerware, the dish marks Koppel's first foray into porcelainware and a major evolution in the designer's wide-spanning career. Henning Koppel
Henning Koppel showed an early talent for art, leading him to train in both drawing and aquarelle early on. He continued studies in sculpture at the Royal Danish Academy and later in Paris. His superb drafting skills, developed as a child, helped him in to produce outstanding product renderings of his designs.
