But portraits are something very intimate that have always been enclosed in precious frames.’ The work of Marta Laudani and Marco Romanelli plays on this semantic ambiguity by placing a wooden frame on a large mirror sheet: in the general reflection of the body, the face will be ‘framed’ in a special way.
