Formosa is a wall calendar with an aluminium back plate that supports the removable sheets of pvc that make up the date. The font used in the black and red version is Helvetica and the piece is one of the classic pieces of the collaboration between Mari and Danese Milano.

Enzo Mari
Enzo Mari, born in Novara in 1932, works in different directions, from graphics to design and architecture. In 2002 the Faculty of Architecture of the Milan Polytechnic awarded him an honorary degree in industrial design. His works are exhibited at the Venice Biennale, the Milan Triennale, the Schloss Charlottenburg in Berlin, the M.I.C. of Faenza, at the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome, at the MoMA in New York and at the Milan Triennale. For the calibre of his research, he was awarded many prizes including four Compasso d'Oro.
