“Circles" Roller Ball Etched Pen, designed by Verner Panton comes from ACME Studio's New Collection of Etched Pens. The design is etched into the pen and painted with a lacquer. The pen comes with one black roller ball refill. Artist's signature is engraved on the cap band and "ACME" is on the clip. It is presented in an black ACME metal box with a black sleeve.
VERNER PANTON, (1926-1998), trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, and initially worked at Arne Jacobsen´s architectural practice. He established his own design office in 1955. Panton is credited with the design of the very first single-form injection- moulded plastic chair: the Stacking Chair, designed in 1960. Some of Panton’s other renowned chair designs include the Heart Chair, and the Cone Chair, designed in 1958 and 1959, respectively.

Verner Panton (1926 – 1998) is thought of one of Denmark's most influential 20th-century furniture and interior designers. During his career, he created innovative and futuristic designs in a variety of materials, especially plastics, and in vibrant and exotic colours.
